I was rejected once. nw i am applying for 2nd interview
after 20 days. do i need to change the CA certificate to
update the date or not. do i need 2 do ny changes in my
documents? plz answer???

Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I came back from uk on 27th november and had applied for US F-1 visa for july intake, so my question is I got 3 diff. degrees in mgt. and IT so what I will answer in interview if interviewer will ask me for my london education. hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .."
