What is the difference between C-DNA and D-DNA?

Answer Posted / vasantha

C-DNAis formed at 66% humidity and right handed axial rise
of 3.32 per base pair.there are 9.33 base pairs per turn of
helix.the relation per base pair in c-dna is 360/9.33.

d-dna has 8 base pairs per helical turn found in dna
molecules devoidof guanine.axial rise of 3.03per base pir
with a tilting of 16.7 degrees from axis of helix.
