CIC stands for Customer Interaction Center and it consists
of Webclient and winclient.
1.Webclient is like internet where information can be acess
from any web application server.
Webclient

5.Broadcasting messages

7.Queue status
8.Scratch pad
9.Communication Information
10.Account Information.
2. Winclient is like intranet where only window level
information is acess. eg:- communication which can be used
for communicating with people who are working for the same
company.or inside the company itself.
