ordinate with the sub-ordinates and crew members which in
turns reflects the prosperity of the company or firm or
organisation.
The processes involved are:
1.right person for right job.
2.capacity building.
3.personal co-ordination
4.sam, dam, dand and bheda...vaedic principles.
5.Divide and rule.
