developers environment (developers environment is same as urs)

In that case it should be the enviremental issue and tester
should try to reproduced in his testing envirement, if it
is occure then it should be reported to developer and needs
to resolved envirement issue and if it is not occure in
tester envirement then that Bug should be closed and needs
to mentioned it that it is not observed aging so that if it
happens in future it will be tracked.
