matrix to find the test coverage. How to get the test
coverage if there are no requirements.

Precondition: The Application under test is ready for
performing exploratory testing.
If there is no requirement document,to get the test coverage
perform exploratory testing and collect minimum requirements
of the application, then go for creating traceability matrix
and get test coverage.
