Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling
to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks
on B1 Visa.
Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding
it now and travelling on B1 visa?
Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term
on L1 visa?
Please clarify my doubts.

Hi Krishna, Dont worry - you can travel to US on your B1,
at Immigration you must mention that you are entering US on
B1. There will not be any problem to your L1.

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped.
