The preamble of the Indian Constitution is aim to reach some
goals and one of the goal is to achieve justice
social,economical,political justice. And Part IV of the
constitution deals with Directive Principles of State policy
which is need for the good governance,especially article 38,
wealth should not be concentrate in few hands and it should
be distributed among all citizens equally.for this reason
right to property was removed from the fundamental rights and
for implementing the zamindari abolition laws.

Please can someone tell me, how many times during a 12 hour period, do the hands of a clock face opposite each other? I believe its 11. Also, would this be the same, no matter WHAT the starting time? i.e. if the 12 hour period started at 6 o clock, would it still be 11 times? Many thanks for your help.
