BPO IS BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING . IT IS BASICALLY A
THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE
COMPANY. IT CAN BE CLASSIFIED INTO TWO TYPES 1. INBOUND
2. OUTBOUND
IN CASE OF INBOUND PROCESS WE HAVE TO SOLVE THE QUERIES
OF THE CUSTOMERS .
IN CASE OF OUTBOUND PROCESS WE HAVE MAKE CALL TO THE
CUSTOMER. WE HAVE TO TELL THEM ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS.
THE MAIN AIM OF THE BPO IS TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER
