Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai
consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few
basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at
client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i
am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa
officer said i have cheked your company's website and there
is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is
fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as
per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their
with all supporting documents that time same visa officer
was there, he has not asked me a single question and after
5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project
from the another company and your company and project both
are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not
going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that
they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need
to understand? what will be the outcome ?

221(g) means u never eligible for visa.i.e u r permenently
rejected candidate for usa.

How long does it takes to get the approval notice from the USCIS cousulate for H1-B filled application. If i am not wrong its 12 weeks. can anyone confirm on this?. Thanks

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks
