HI,
I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai
consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client
letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the
project there ie i do not have any client letter.
Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped
through this way.
Any suggestion/advice welcome.

Dont ever say " I will go and search for jobs/project" you
will definitely have problems. Always try to present with
proper details other try getting them and postpone the
interview - A safe bet.

Has employer came India and took interview?
My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport.
