why you wanted to become team leader in call centre?
Answer Posted / shimpu
In this area you get a lot of scope building a team,
leading them, managing, where you know your potential.you
will have of challenges to face compare to other industries
where you wont get much interaction with other team mates
unless or until you have something to discuss.
In call centre the biggest assest is that you are
receprocating with ur team. You will have different people
reporting to you which infact helping you to understand
their mentality and allows to tackle them indvidually.
