IF DC SUPPLY IS APPLIED 2 TRANSFORMER, THERE WOUNT B ANY
RATE OF CHANG OF FLUX IN THE PRIMARY COIL. THUS THIS NON
CHANGING FLUX B INDUCED TO THE SECONDRY. SO NOW ONLY 1
SPIKE OF TRANFORMED FLUX WILL APPEAR THERE, SOONLY A
MOMENTOUS VARYING CURRENT WILL BE OBSERVED IN THE SECONDRY
OUTPUT. AFTER THAT SPIKE THERE WILL BE NO OUTPUT. IN
OVERALL THE TRANSFORMER WOUNT FUNCTION.
