how do u deceided to go create Aggregates for cube. what
purpose u want to create aggregates?

you can check it from RSDDSTAT_OLAP table that which query
is being used mostly, and wht is the performance on that
basis you will create the aggregates on the cubes.
Aggregates are the small cubes through which the data
extraction is faster
