A call center is a service provider for different
categories on phone. It may be for product support or
information inqueries from customers. It is divided into
two inbound and outbound. Inbound is one in which customer
seek information, report a malfunction or ask for help.
Whereas outbound calls are made to potential customer in
lieu of selling product or services to individual.
