Governor setting is basically used in Frame work Manager to
improve the performance of the reports in the way like
retrieving the number of tables or number of rows to be
displayed.These setting are done before creating the
packages to ensure the data or the information that is to
be retrieved is restricted.As well you have different types
of governor setting depending upon the data you want to
retrieve.
