If any bug is found in exploratory testing, then may I
consider it as a test case?

Answer Posted / glamorous

If u found any bug in adhoc testing if it is major then
definitely you need to add that functionality in the test
case document related to the bug and map both of them.....

If it is a trivial bug then there is no need to add the
test case for that functionality...

for each and every bug doesn't need a test case ok if they
are major then u should add
