India is still a developing country and the education
systen is far behind US. Moreover, Indian courses lack
practical approach and donot offer flexibility in choosing
specialization.

Hi friends i am from mumbai and have been rejected twice for f1 visa on 13th dec 2010 and 23th dec 2010. i hv enough funds, so should i go for third time or should i wait for fall 2011.reply asap.
Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?

If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

Am I gonna face some problems with VO, as I have some backlogs during my engineering, but I completed it within 4 years with 65% aggregate. My GRE score is 1320 and TOEFL score is 95. Please also tell me the exact way to count the backlogs.
