Hi All, I am an HR-Generalist with 2.3 years of work experience. I want to apply for the H1b visa. But, I want a sponsor to do so. Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Is it necessary to carry all the original docs of the employer like tax returns client agreements, etc can any on help me in getting answer
