UNDER HEALTHY CONDITION BOTH WIRES DONOT CARRY CURRENT.
EARTHING WIRE CARRIES LEAKAGE CURRENT AND AS ITS
RESISTANCE IS LESS(USUALLY<0.2 OHM UPTO THE POINT WHERE IT
IS EARTHED) IT PROVIDES ALTERNATE PATH TO CURRENT AS
RESISTANCE OF HUMAN BODY IS MUCH HIGHER( APPROX. 1000 OHM).
THE NEUTRAL WIRE MAY CARRY CURRENT UNDER UNBALANCED
CONDITIONS IN A THREE PHASE SYSTEM.
