Hi Friends,First let me tell the truth about HR, it is the
booming industry in the World. HR people has more
responsibility than any other people. Because all people in
this world are working for money and get some satisfaction
in their work by the people of HR who only are taking care
of the employee and the management.
Fresher's are not having the entire notion of what hr is
all about. They are thinking that the people who ask the
questions in the interview.But rather than that hr people
has lot of works like salary processing,visa
processing,esi,pf,gratuity and other important job is
making good relationship between employees and the
management,then only organization get rapid move in their
economic level and also side by side our country also will
be developing in economic level.
