As for as i know the use of environment variables in qtp
is .
in qtp the variable which you have in one action cant be
used in some other action .so by using environment
variables we can use the variables in one action in to
another action

I have 5 save buttons in 5 tabs . The tabs are placed one after the other. how do you parameterize search button from the website? the page is a single winobject and i have made a virtual object button of search button but search box can't be converted into a winedit and if we try to convert it into winedit the value we enter in a searchbox appears as numbers in the script so we arent able to parameterize.help!!!
