HOW- we will create in VD51 and check in Item Category
VOV7 as read info record field. And also u will maintain
few data here like plant, delivery priority, minimum
delivery quantity and so on and system give priority first
to this master record while we process sales order document.

Why- bcoz as per my view Customer-material information is
information on a material that applies to a specific
customer when they buy a specific material. For example,
the customer may have its own description for your
material. You can record this customer-specific information
for a material in a customer-material info record

In other word say u have material no as Mat001PRT but for
customer information purpose to make him understand it
could be Printer.
this is my view again I advise u get in touch with other

what is uses of rebates?

Answer

Rebates are nothing but special discount, which is given to
customer when he/she achieve particular sales volume for an
specific period of time.

Example-

Sales Volume Rebate
Rs.100000 5%
Rs.250000 10% etc

If customer buy Rs.250000 worth of material during one year
or period specified by company, then company liable to pay
10% special discount in the form of Rebate at the end of
the period. This 10% will be transfered to Accuruals
Account Key in pricing so that respected G/L a/c get
updated for Accuruals.

what is EDI ,ALE , Debugging, Smart Forms ,IDOC'S & BDOC'S

Answer

EDI- Is nothing but Electronic data interchange used for
exchaging the business document between the computer
systems of business partners, using a standard format over
a communication network.
Usually information can be exchaged from sap to sap or sap
to non sap or non sap to sap through IDOC.

ALE- Application Link Enabling is nothing used to provide
linkage between other application or modules like CRM,
BW/BI, APO, IS-Utilities.
Example-If company operating business from multiple
application or server or database as above mentioned, then
system has to be connect through ALE so as to share a data.

Debugging- Debugging nothing but finding error/bug and
rectify those bug/error.
In sap i guess we have 2 methods 1 is standard and 2nd is
automatic. Usually in realtime while debugging the
programme we are using or setting breakpoints where actual
the debug get end or stop.

In other word its nothing but tracing the bug in ABAP
program, bcoz in most scenarios abapers written lengthy
program and it difficult to trace eror or check each and
every line of program so as to avoide this we use debugging
to trace particular error in whole programe.

Smart Forms- it defines the layout of ur output document.
In sap there are many output type eg. Order Confirmation,
Shipping list, Shipping notification, delivery note,
verious invoice type. so as to map them in particular style
or layout we are using smart forms.
by smart forms we can insert image, font we can change how
item should be displayed horizantal or vertical companies
logo, address should come first or last line of invoice
etc.. u get one hard copy of Purchase order or invoice and
see its layout that is done in sap by using smart forms.
Smart forms are advance than the script.

IDOC- these are intermidatery document used to exchange the
information from sap to sap or sap to non sap or non sap to
sap.
Eg. suppose if buyer creates PO and that stores in his
databse say he/she using oracle. if I require that data i
need to create a IDOC and upload that PO from his database.
Its an envelope that content the address where this
information has to go and store.

BDOC- Idont know about BDOCs plz go to this below link and

Answer

O2C process nothing but Order To Cash Process.

Many organization having O2C, P2P (Procurement To Pay), Q2C
(Quotation to Cash)etc..
O2C starts from Inquiry or Quotation or from Order depend
upon companies business process.

Normally 1) O2C is In- Quotation-sales Order-Delivery-TOR
(Transfer Of Requirement pass to MRP to create demand)
Packing- Picking-Route Determination-PGI-Transportation-
Invoice generation (it could be normal invoice & Excise
invoice)-Payment Collection.
2) If goods are spoiled/break/not delivery on time to
customer or any other reason, he will return material to
business for that business creates return delivery.
3) If customer wants replacement- once material is get
return business create Susequent free of charge goods sales
document with reference to Return order and deliver the
same.
4)If customer wants money back- then business creates
credit memo request with reference to return order and
create credit memo invoice.
5)If business wrongly quoted price/quantity business will
create debit memo request to adjust accounting entries

These all transaction comes under O2C process or Q2C Process

You can get training from reputed sap institution, but very
carefull these people are just making money.

Better u get training from Hyderabad, bcoz here u can get
good institution good sap study material and they will
teach u in 6 month duration.

Hi 100% agree with Venkatesh suggestion, as i too know
about Shrinivas Naidu, he is SD guru.

Iam still refereing his notes which I bought from Ameerpet
Hyderabad, dont waste your time, money energy by just
taking sap training with others.

In surya Technolgy he will teach Sd in incredable manner
and it helps you lot to understand SAp in correct way also
helps you to get job in best company and in short period.

Even if u r not from hyderabad just travel and get good

Realization is third phase of Implementation project or
ASAP methodology.
In this step Base Line Configuration will done like,
configuration of all documents, configuration from Order to
delivery, delivery to invoice, invoice to payment etc.
(unit by unit congiguration).
Whereas In Final Configuration full cycle will be
configured like O2C Oreder to Cash), P2P Procurement To
Pay) , Q2C (Quotation to cash)or third party, Consignment,
Intercompany process etc.

Also in this stage various testing will be done like Unit
Testing, Integration Testing, etc. And test all business
process cycle.

and technical consaltant in SAP. what are the duties of them.

Functinal Consultant; is responsible for configuring
functional aspects for which SAP supports or config as per
sap std.
Technical Consultant; he can change or modify or create new
tables, tcode, programmes, structure, fields as per client
requirement.
for example; he can create new/own BAPI/Script to design
output as per client requirement, he can change design of
screen, tabs etc.

In other word technical consultant can change standard sap
and create Z tables, tcode, programmes, structure, fields
to fullfill client requirement.

The parameter or criteria to maintain Condition record is
depend upon various factor like
-Condition type
-Business Process like Domestic or export
-Type of company/kind of industry like manufaturing,
textiles, steels etc.

These all parameter define always by your core team members
who actually working for this process or departments.

Based on their pricing policy we are maintaining condition
record.

Example- For price the mandatory paramenter is plant
country and region (again depend upon company to company).
For Tax region customer tax code and material tax code and
country is mandatory same for fright condition type too.
