In my opinion, You can display the footer, by using the
event - end of page event.

by using top of page event, u can give the heading or comment.

extension of Logo we can upload to SAP

upto my knowledge, the file extension that can be used is
.bmp and .jpg. but they have to be converted to .tiff file
to be uploaded into script.

if wrong, anybody correct.
