Never bad mouth the previous employee and employer coz that shows you negative impact. What they are looking through this question is could you be the asset for the company or not. Saying that you could be an asset to the company at the same time you want to reach your goals through the company.

Show the interviewer that you are good at serving people, very care taking person that made you to choose this industry you may add if ur from production I like experimenting on food with different cuisions,
