What if when physical count differs from system count?

Answer

As the name suggest Physical count is done in the warehouse to keep track/count of all the items and there quantities to have proper accounting for those. It can be done once or twice in a year. The aim is to maintain a sync with Systematic count(done in oracle system) and find the difference and thus maintain inventory sync and proper finance and accounting of items.

During time of physical count.No transaction is done systematically(Blackout period) so that snapshot of on hand systematically and on hand by physical counting in warehouse can be done and compared .

When does Sales order header get closed?

Answer

SO header status is closed only after invoicing is done.Once the invoicing is complete status becomes CLOSED for SO header.
