One sales man sold one box out of them and then he says, "I have the same number of red balls ..

Answer / guest

Total no of balls = 5 + 7 + 14 + 16 + 18 + 29 = 89

Total number of balls are odd. Also, same number of red
balls and blue balls are left out after

selling one box. So it is obvious that the box with odd
number of balls in it is sold out i.e. 5, 7

or 29.

Now using trial and error method,

(89-29) /2 = 60/2 = 30 and

14 + 16 = 5 + 7 + 18 = 30

So box with 29 balls is sold out.

3 boys go to the restaurant. Their bill was 75 rs.. So they contributed 25 each. Manager then gives 5 rs back to the waiter and then waiter gave 3 rs back to them and put 2 rs into his pocket.. So their actual contribution is 24 because they got 1-1 rs back. so 24*3=72 and 2 rs into the waiter's pocket. so 74+2=74 where is 1 rs?
