Any m.b.b.s doctor in govt. hospital or circle inspector of
police etc., are the gazzeted officers. u can get the
attestation or charater certificate from them

U can get it from the principal of the school or college
where you studied, or get it from any post office head
office, taluk office, Corporation offices, Doctors from
govt hospitals, police inspectors, govt org. etc.. I think
it would be easy if u get it from the institution where u
studied
