There are two types of Price Breaks:
1. Point Price Break
2. Range Price Break
Point Price break get the total price from the last pricing
bracket. From 1 to 10 item quantity price is 100 and from
11 to 15 item quantity price is 50, then the customer who
orders 12 quantity will pay 12*50=600.
Range Price Break get the total added from the sub totals
of each price bracket. From 1 to 10 item quantity price is
100 and from 11 to 15 item quantity price is 50, then the
customer will pay for 10*100=1000 and 2*50=100 the grand
total will be 1000+100=1100.
