In Solaris 9 it has runlevels from 0-6, and the default
runlevel is 3 so inorder to load the default runlevel 3 it
has to boot runlevel from 0 1 2 and then 3 inorder to do it
take some time.
But it solaris 10 the runlevels are called as mildstones, if
the default mildstone is 3 it first loads the default
mildstone 3 and then it loads the other mildstones. This
type of managing is done by the SMF.
