L= S/2 = (M/3)*1/2= M/6
XL= L = M/6
S+M+L+XL=100
M/3 + M + M/6 + M/6 = 100
10M/6=100
M=60

total no of shirts = a+b+c+d = c/2+c/6+c+c = 8c/3

b = a/3
a = c/2
d = a+b+c
=>
a = c/2
b = c/6
d = c/2 + c/6 +c
= 5c/3
total shirts = 5c/6 + c/2 + c/6 + c = 10c/3
%c = (c/(10c/3))*100 = 30% ans
