q is a multiple of primes . its also a multiple of r.r is
less than 4. so the prime no: within 4 are 2 and 3. so q can
be a multiple of 2 or 3 thus satisfyin both conditions (it
shud be a multiple of prime and multiple of r) hence
statement 1 alone is sufficient. statement 2 says q=18. 18
is a multiple of 2 and three. r too can be 2 or 3. so q
again satisfies both conditions, thus correct answer is
option d.
