BPA: Its an contract b/w company and vendor for peroid of
time for item which we will be buying in future using
release and do negotite about the price with vendor.
Created when we know the details about the item but dont
know schedule date..
Contract: Created with supplier to agree on specific terms
& conditions without indicating the details abt item which
u ll be purchasing in future.
you can use this as a refernce for standard purchase order
