actualy other peron wins a maths 24 i.e 24*2==48-(5*2)=38

24+5=29 total matches means 2 matches ties

A won= 5 so A gain 5*2=10
So B also should have won for 5 times to cut the money.
Hence A pays only 38,
So Total number of matches payed = 19+5+5=29
Match's draw = 31-29=2

Answer is 7:

One pays 38 rs / 2= 19 mathes .since each match loser has to pay rs 2.

5 matches won

19 + 5 = 24(matches played wining and losing)

31 total days - 24 = 7 days i.e 7 matches went draw

Lets check by given option -
If option A- 2 matches are draw then there must have played 29 matches which will reward collectively 58 which not equal to 48 (total reward collected by both)
If option B- 8 matches are draw then there must have played 23 matches which will reward collectively 46 which not equal to 48 (total reward collected by both)
If option A- 4 matches are draw then there must played 27 matches which will reward collectively 54 which not equal to 48 (total reward collected by both)
Hence, Its supposed to 7 only.

becos total days =31 they were play one match every day so total matchs=31
one give other to 38 rs and also he had lost 5 matches so he give 38 rs(19 matchs)+10rs(5 matches )=24 matchs
total rs is 38+10+10(becos he won 5 matchs(rs 10) and along with give 38 rs so
total amt is 38+10+10+4(amt of two matchs)=31 days every day one match and one match equal to 2 rs
62=31*2
62=62
so ans is 2
