Hi, I am Samrat Saha. I did BCA & MBA ( major HR & minor System). i m 2009 passout. i also did Oracle Apps Core HRMS & SCM( O2C Transaction & setup, OM setup, Po Setup, INV Setup) certification... I Had 9 month experience on HR domain.. now i want to switch in Oracle Apps, as Functionalist.. i need help to get a job..

Hi all, I posess and MBA degree with nearly 5yrs of exp in various areas of HRMS. out of which i have also worked as Oracle hrms support consultant for abt 8 months almost 3 yrs back. After which i had to quit my job due to personal reasons. Now that i would like to reshape my career, i am wondering persuing the same in Oracle hrms by brushing up the subject is the right way and how is the apps market for the freshers at this point?
