25% profit on selling price means (S.P-C.P)/S.P=25/100
C.P/S.P=3/4

So, Profit on C.P means (S.P-C.P)/C.P= (S.P/C.P) -1= 4/3 -1
=1/3

Therefore, Profit on C.P = 1/3 *100= 33.33%
