In remote support environment not able to ping one solaris

They may block ICMP packets.
Try to connect with telnet or ssh. If you unable to connect
then try to connect Network Management Prot (ALOM) or Serial
Console port via Serial Port concentrator. If it is
successful. Check whether NIC/IP configuration using
ifconfig -a. If still problem exist restart the Network
deamon. using
svcs restart svc:/network/phisical:default.

1) please get the that solaris server ip and put to hosts file

2) please check router level configuration if it is bloced,
not working.
