Jack answer is worng beacuse repetition is done in 3424 &
4324.

--> Last two digit must be divisible by 4 to make the
number divisible by 4.

The answer has to be 6 and SAM has given the right sequence
of numbers.

the last two number should be divisible by 4 , so that the numbers 12,24,32 are the only two digit number that could be formed using 1,2,3,4 and divisible by 4.
The front two digit could be
34 and 43 for 12
13 and 31 for 24
14 and 41 for 32

so the answer is 6
and the numbers are(3412,4312,1324,3124,1432,4132)
