from local zone you can cat /etc/global-zone-name to find
the gloabal zone name

Answer / ms

Host name is nothing but the global zone name just do
"uname -a"

can we able to connect to OK prompt and serial port by using the putty and xmanager tools. if yes please describe me. thanks
