hi
as-is analysis is the analysis of the clients business
process,for this analysis we need to use the Q&A data data
base, with this we need to go for the preparation of BPML(
business process master list), it shows all the business
scenarios of clients, this process is called as AS-IS process
with this as-is data expert team will be going to prepare
the to-be analysis documentation, TO-BE analysis is going to
show the sap implementation structure for configuration for
the clients business process
WE need to maintain this as is and to be analysis in our
BLUE PRINT
