In a table their 20 records.I had update 6 records???How
can see and retrieve particular 6 records.i.e.,Latest
updated.

You can't. The effective date isn't necessarily the date
of the update, so testing for it won't yield the result you
seek. Unless your table has a "date_updated" column, you
haven't anything to filter on.
