Tickets are the issues raised by the users of sap.
Genetally we use 3 rd pary tools which are called ticketing
tools(soft ware) to manage the tickets.
Whenver a user encountered with a problem he a raises a
ticket by using this tool.
There are some incidences where they can mail or call
support team to get immediate resolution for their issue.
