There are there domains in BO,
1. Security Domain
2. Universe Domain
3. Document Domain
Security Domain : It contains all user name & Password.Like
it ll hold all the User credential informayion
Universe Domain: It hold all the Universe Information
Document Domain: Nothins but Report Information
