In BRI Circuit is also known as 2B+D, which include 2
B(Bearer) Channel of 64kbps each and can carries data and 1
D(Data) Channel operate at 16kbps and usually carries
control and signaling information.
(2 B + D) = 2 X 64 + 16 = 144 kbps
