How to register a form and stored procedure in oracle apps

form registration:
go to application developer responsibility
goto application menu--> select form--> give form name and
application name and user form name
then go to -->function give function name and user function
name, and give form name
then go to menu --> attach funcation name to menu
run form resposibility
stored procedure registration:
go to system adminstration responsibility
goto program menu--then select executable define executable
a name and select execution method as pl/sql stored program
then defin concurrent program
then goto security define resoponsibility
and then goto restquest group
and submit the concurrent program
