ordinance is a law issued by governor or president
when the parliament is not in session.
it will have the same bearing as a law issued by
parliament and has to be passed by both houses of the
parliament within 6 months from the reassembly of
parliament for it to continue as law. if not passed by
parliament within such time will cease to be a law.
