Explain the embryonic development stages after formation of blastula?
Answer Posted / Prashant Sirohi
After the blastula forms, it undergoes gastrulation, a process that leads to the formation of three germ layers: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. During gastrulation, cells from the outer layer of the blastula called the epiblast migrate inside the blastocoel (blastula cavity) to form the inner cell mass, which then differentiates into the three germ layers. This process establishes the basic body plan of the developing embryo.
