Define natural active immunity, and give an example to support the definition?
Answer Posted / Ashish Gautam
Natural Active Immunity refers to the immune response developed as a result of recovery from a natural infection. The body is able to learn how to fight off specific pathogens after recovering from an illness, providing long-lasting protection against reinfection. An example would be getting chickenpox and then having immunity to the varicella-zoster virus for life.
