Hi Usha,
i am suresh from mumbai working in SAP Netweaver so
as consultant i suggest you learn properly to Netweaver
from the scratch that means webdynpro using abap, or if you
have a knowledge in Java learn webdynpro for Java, and
Enterprise Portal for all these you can get online help
from net
