To determine the IFUs, or Inclusion Forming Units, of a
viral preparation, the material will first need to be
cultured from the ATCC cryopreserved stock. A titration can
then be performed to quantify the amount of viral material
required to produce one inclusion body. One inclusion body
is the equivalent of an IFU
